I’m hoping to order some clothes from GU and Uniqlo in Japan, but their stores seem to have limited larger sizes. The GU poster I saw advertised XS-3XL, but the QR code
is linked to their Japanese app and am having a hard time asking the chatbot for help.
I liked the styles I saw yesterday, but they were a bit snug. Can I order online for in-store pickup/try-on, or should I just order for hotel delivery before I leave next week? TIA!

GU and Uniqlo both do in-store delivery (I believe it is free delivery in that case) with delivery in 2 to 4 days on average. Delivery to an address would be free delivery on orders over 4900 yen and in 1 to 3 days on average. Both seem like reasonable options (in-store for free delivery, but maybe to a hotel if you’re already ordering more than 4900 yen since it would be free then too).
Above XL is online only. I asked. But surprisingly I was able to fit some items at GU.
