1. I’m working my way through some classic American sushi restaurant rolls. Tiger Rolls vary a bit place to place, but I think this is pretty true to the name!

   This is super easy to make if you purchased prepared butterflied shrimp, which you can often find at Japanese grocery stores that carry sushi fish.
