Hi there – ex ALT here – I am returning to Japan to travel with two of my brothers. I have never had to use the resources provided ny JET (and no longer have onboarding paperworks) to bring meds in Japan but I would like to have things set for my brother who has severe acid reflux and takes prescribed Pantoprazole Sodium he needs to bring with him.
I thought it was a simple form but googling brings me to multiple websites with multiple routes of emailing the embassy.
To my knowledge – JETs are reffered to a form ? If that’s not true my apologies.
Just looking for the resource to get my brother his meds in when we travel for two weeks this year.
