About appliances voltage 100v vs 230v

Hello everyone. Next year I’ll be going back home after a three-year stay in Japan and I’m planning which things I want to bring back with me. In my country appliances are super expensive and there are some we don’t even have, for example rice cookers (especially the small household ones). The thing is, Japan has a 100v and in my country we have 230v. I was wondering if you could recommend affordable small-ish rice cookers that you know can be used in my country as well. Also, I’m completely ignorant about these things, but I’ve seen “oversea use” being advertised as 220v, is the 10v difference important?

I believe buying a transformer could fix this issue, but maybe some of you already found yourself in this situation and have some recommendations anyway. I appreciate your insights!
