This could be an unpopular opinion, but Tokyo isn’t that crowded atm. Been to Senso-Ji, Shinbuya Crossing, Tokyo Station and ate at Haneda Sky Garden. They aren’t any more crowded than tourist hotspots in London. Not sure what the fuss was all about, it’s like some people here live on a deserted island lol.
