  1. Hakata Ramen Debuchan (博多ラーメン でぶちゃん 高田馬場本店) is a Hakata style tonkotsu ramen shop in central Tokyo. Opened in 2018, it serves a great bowl of tonkotsu ramen and other specialties from Kyushu. Beyond the food, this shop is also known for its eccentric owner, who also runs a YouTube channel.

Personally, for me was Hakata Ramen Debuchan among the best Hakata style tonkotsu ramen I have had in Tokyo. It had a great balance between mouth coating creaminess and great flavor. I also really enjoyed the spicy pickled leafy greens which are provided on the counter.
Just to make it clear, this shop is absolutely preferable to Ichiran and Ippudo.
I think Debuchan offers a great option when you really feel like a good bowl of Hakata tonkotsu ramen, but want it combined with easy access from the Yamanote line.
