Help with international remittance

Hi,

I moved to Japan around the end of march for work (Post-doctoral position) in Uji. I managed to open a Japan Post Bank account to receive my salary. However, I would like to send money back to my country (France) to help my family.
I first noticed that, when I tried on the Japan post bank website, I got an error message about MyNumber. So I did the paperwork, got my MyNumber card.
First thing, when I try to use the Mynapp application, I am greeted with an error message when I try to scan log-in (EA122-1100). But I managed to register my bank account on the website (myna.go.jp).

Yet, I am still faced with the exact same error message when I try to perform international remittance via my Japan Post Bank account, even though I am logged in with the authentification app.

Has any of you any clue about what the issue is ? And how to fix it ?

(Probably the solution would be to go to a Japan post bank worker and explain the situation, but my japanese is nowhere near that good)
