Initially I’ve planned to include Takayama in my trip but I’m reconsidering, this because I need the trip to be shorter and I also want to have more time in Tokyo or Osaka.

So will I miss anything if I skip Takayama? I’ll already be in Kyoto during Gion Matsuri.
