Best luggage strategy for Tokyo to Kobe travel

Hi! My family is going to be traveling from Tokyo to Kobe via Shinkansen in a couple weeks. Check out from Tokyo BnB is 10am and my toddler usually naps around 12/1. I’ve been thinking our best option could be to head to Tokyo station right at check out, put our luggage in lockers and then do some final exploring in that area before we leave Tokyo at around naptime (with the goal/ hope that toddler will sleep on the train ride).

However, with how much luggage we have (3 suitcases – 1 very large, the other two around carry-on size; plus travel crib and stroller), I’m wondering if it will even fit in a coin locker? Or if there will be enough coin lockers for all our stuff? I’ve heard there are other luggage storage options (ecbo cloak? Luggage counters??), but don’t know enough about them to even know what to research exactly or how they compare. There is also TA-Q-BIN luggage forwarding but I’m staying at BnBs, not hotels, and it seems like it may not be possible/easy if the receiving, in particular, is not a hotel (also if it has to be sent the night before we will still have our portable crib with us on the day of travel, plus the stroller and at least one suitcase or bag). SO, given all that, what would you recommend we do with our luggage on our travel day? TIA!
