I’m currently doing a part time job at a Proper Japanese Restaurant . And I’m the only foreigner there working and I’m only N5 so working there get really hard there as it’s hard to communicate . I somehow managed to do complete a month and i will receive this month salary next week. I want to quit but i heard that they will hold 15 days salary and I have to do 30 day notice if i have to quit and beside the manager won’t let me quit. Currently I’m thinking to get just 15 days salary and quit. But is there anyway i can get the full 30 day salary . I’m really tired of that job i really wanna quit. please help. The only reason I’m keep doing that job is my wallet is empty else i would have left that job earlier. Please Help.
