I’m an American living in Tokyo and have been struggling with weight loss for a while now. Back in the States, I had some success with a GLP-1 medication, but haven’t been able to find anything similar here in Japan. I’ve heard some whispers about these meds being available, but I’m not sure where to start.
Has anyone had experience getting GLP-1 medication in Japan? Any recommendations for clinics or doctors specializing in weight loss would be super helpful. Also, curious to hear about anyone’s personal experience with these meds – did they work for you? Any side effects to be aware of?
