Japanese government bonds ETFs

Hello,

I wonder what your opinion on Japanese government bonds ETFs like JT13 and XJSE is in the light of possible monetary change policies of BOJ. They are at a stunning discount now and I am curious if those changes could mean some tailwind for those.

Thanks!

  1. What factor do you believe hasn’t been appropriately priced in by the supercomputers that effectively set prices?

  2. Is the BOJ raising rates? Normally it is better to buy bonds after rate increases.

  3. Do you realize interest rates and Bond ETF NAV (price) has inverse relationship? If rates go up, the bond ETF price will go down to match the ETF yield with the new higher interest rate.
