I bought IC Card reader from AMAZON and it works to scan my MY NUMBER CARD via JPKI Software, but the website keeps returning same error. I already make sure the extension is there.
P.S. I’m using Windows 11

I finally managed to make it work by using Edge, I guess Chrome sucks eh?
Curious if anyone has managed to get this working? When I try to register I get this error
“Error: Failed to scan the Individual Number Card. Please make sure that the card is properly set. If the problem persists, refer to the Public Certification Service for Individuals’ portal site.”
I’m using my Android as bluetooth reader and mynumber card work fine when I load the data in the JPKI App.
Already install the Chrome extension too.
No vpn, no custom dns settings, no ad blockers.
Can I use Android as Bluetooth reader for this website or should I buy IC card reader instead?
