I bought something online to be delivered to my apartment, but realized I forgot to put down my apartment room number in the delivery address of the website. Sagawa sent me the delivery notification on LINE, but the package didn’t arrive. There was no redelivery notice in my mailbox either since they probably didn’t know which mailbox was mine. The tracking says it’s in (保管中) in storage. I don’t know what that means or what I should do. Should I contact their customer service or just hope they eventually figure out which apartment is mine?
