Almost all the Japanese websites don’t block any foreign IP.
I live in North America, but you might be surprised the amount of content you can find on the North American Youtube. If you just search it in Japanese it will come up. A lot of simple childrens songs like this slapper, [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dvlWxozEBSQ&ab_channel=%E3%83%9D%E3%82%B1%E3%83%A2%E3%83%B3KidsTV](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dvlWxozEBSQ&ab_channel=%E3%83%9D%E3%82%B1%E3%83%A2%E3%83%B3KidsTV) . This is the Offical Pokemon channel for Japanese. One good way to try exploring your interest is to search for a Wikipedia article about something you are interested in and usually if you check the panel on the left side of the screen, near the bottom, it offers links to the same article in other languages. If you see 日本語 you are in luck, clicking it it you can see what it is called in Japanese. Search Youtube or Google with it or whatever. Also, you should check your favorite streaming services if you can change the language and subtitles to Japanese, if not, try making a new profile and setting the language of it to Japanese.
Long winded way to say. You don’t have to look too far outside for content. Also, what u/annawest_feng said. Like NHK easy, to help people to read newspaper articles in simple Japanese [https://www3.nhk.or.jp/news/easy/](https://www3.nhk.or.jp/news/easy/)
Enjoy!
