I’m currently writing a CV to get a job, but I’m struggling with how to describe/list my school history, specifically my high school and college history.
To summarize, I started high school in a public high school in August 2019, but in June 2021 after finishing two years I left and switched to home school in August . I didn’t actually do any classes at home though, the reason I switched to home school was so I could do dual enrollment (a program that allows high school students to take college classes) and enroll in and take full-time courses at my local university. Because of my program, my classes accounted for both college credits and high school credits. Essentially once I switched to home school I started my life as a college student.
Thanks to the program in July 2023 I graduated from high school and got a graduation letter from my home school’s institution, and in December 2023 I graduated from my university with an Associate’s degree.
Now my question is, how do I. write this. Should I just write 2021年6月XXX高校 終了 and then 2021年8月XXX大学 入学 and 卒業 and so on and just not explain how I graduated from high school, or should I write when I entered home school and graduated from home school as well even though it overlaps with my college time?
Also another question bc I’m still confused about it, how do you write your schools’ names? Do you just write a cluster of katakana and then 高校 / 大学 at the end?
