Are there any reliable resources or websites to compare loan options in terms of ease, interest rates, and conditions? The interest rate seems to be high around 15%!! for smaller amounts, but 2-5% for large amount. Does the interest rate apply evenly for whole principal(unlike income tax slab)?
Any specific banks or financial institutions you would recommend based on your experience?
**Context:** have permanent residency, require loan for personal use such as coaching(not qualified for education loan), new purchases after moving house 2 months back and some investments. Most of my current assets are quite illiquid and outside Japan, hence the need.
