Not as easy as Doraemon, but nowhere near the hardest manga out there. The hardest part about One Piece is honestly just parsing what Oda draws lol. For the record, that’s not a diss. I’m legally blind, and Oda’s art just happens to be the hardest for my eyes to keep up with.

Best way to find out would be to look at some scans and judge for yourself if you have trouble reading them.
