I had my GI doctor give me a bunch of these little metallic like pouches that had a white powder in it. The little pouch was silvery with a green stripe on it if i remember correctly.
When i googled it – it was some sort of natural remedy for gut health. Maybe like a prebiotic or probiotic, but not.
Anyone know a name of it so i can buy more?
My doctor is in Tokyo and I’m not , it was more than a year ago, I don’t speak Japanese to call them and google searches didn’t get me far in figuring it out.
