question to those living in Tokyo in new buildings made of concrete, how is the sound isolation ? Do all concrete apartments have walls that are soundproof ? Can you blast music very loud with no issues ? Do you hear your neighbors at all?
I want to move in those newly built mansions in Tokyo with thick concrete walls and tight security, I wonder if they are equal in quality.
If a building is newly built and concrete can I assume that it will have same performance in terms of soundproofing than others or does it differ building to building?
