Pension Refund Accountant Service – ライストン

Hi JapanFinance, just wondering if anyone has any family or friends that have used the Japanese accountancy service listed below to undertake the Nenkin Refund Process.

They have an English (and other languages) website. I have also linked the main Japanese website.

It costs roughly 30,000 yen to do the lump sum withdrawal and subsequent tax refund and I’d rather just use them than do it myself. Just hoping to confirm it’s not a scam.
