I recently married my Japanese girlfriend and next week we’re going to be flying over there from Canada to meet her family.
I know it’s customary to bring gifts and I don’t want to embarrass my wife with what I bring. My wife doesn’t really have many ideas either so here’s what I got so far:
-Chocolates and other sweets,
-Canadian Chips you can’t get in Japan
-Touristy things that scream Canada
-Maple Syrup
I’m just worried about making a good first impression. Thanks! Any help/ideas will be appreciated
