That bowl is perfect! And the Katsu with the sauce, fuwa-toro-han-nama egg and rice peeking out is all wonderfully done. Great work as always!
Never had a katsudon. But if it has rice, egg, and pork, then I’ve gots to try it some day.
Also love your coloring. Really makes the foods texture pop out in style.
