1. Everytime I sit at the bar I get exceptional service and typically the chef will hook you up with some new different thing they’ve been trying. I once had a chef ask if i like onion… he then proceeded to thinly julienne an entire onion in front of me and perfectly placed the entire thing on a spicy tuna roll. Omg. Another time at another sushi resteraunt a chef asked if I like octopus. He then served me a delish off the menu octopus salad. Always tip good, it’s worth it.

2. You didn’t ask for a gallon of mayo on top? What a surprise.

3. I also enjoy the double rice sausage roll with Volkswagen lubricant.
