Hi, a month from now i’ll be coming from the US and i’ll have a 14 hour layover in Haneda. I’m not sure about the process on how to exit properly so I can explore the nearby area for a couple of hours and still be let back in for my flight. I’m flying with JAL and yes I have a ME visa.
