It’s been 8th Months in Japan for me and recently the city hall sent me a notice that I haven’t paid the insurance for 3 months \[ My 6th,7th,8th term\]and I when I went today to pay the insurance, they took my insurance for the \[ 6th,7th,8th and 9th term\] and made me broke. But I have a receipt of Insurance which I paid at the konbini last month it says 10th term.
My question is what is this ‘term system’. How are they taking my money for 9th and 10th term when I am in my 8th month of being in Japan? I couldn’t ask the city hall employees my Japanese is too weak and is there a system where the City Hall can deduct insurance from my bank account, and I don’t have to pay physically?
