Which area in Osaka? I can recommend you オーガニックネイルサロンpetit bois(プティボア) in Honmachi area, it has foot spa and care menu. Nailist is japanese but she’s very friendly to foreigners and can speak a bit english. Try to book with hotpepper beauty first.
