Grammar points and phrases commonly used at work?

Hello. Is there anyone here who uses Nihongo in their work?

I currently work in a Japanese company offshore as a translator, but apart from translation I don’t have to speak in Nihongo since I mostly work with locals. There were very few instances I had to communicate in Nihongo, but struggled due to brain fog. But two weeks from now, I will be required to do interpretation for meetings with the Japan office.

The thing is, due to depression, I ended up forgetting most of the vocab and grammar I’ve learned up to N2, so I’ve been reviewing them at work when I manage to pick myself up and do it. But I don’t know which grammar points I should study. I know there are formal equivalents of basic grammar points (で
= による、のため). Is there a list that shows the formal equivalents of grammar points? What should I study?

Also for those using Nihongo at work, keigo aside, what grammar points and phrases do you often use?
