What is this called?


Had this amazing roll on a recent trip but can’t find any recipes with something similar, the name they used on the restaurant was made up. It had salmon, covered in cream cheese and caramelized pecans. TIA to anyone who might have any info

  5. What a weird combination, was it that good? The recipe doesn’t seem hard to make, it’s palm heart (can find it store) with a piece of salmon, rolled in an egg omelette, then rolled in a thin sheet of cream cheese
