So this is simply a warning if you have lived in or living in Japan and somehow decided to look for some electronics online don’t shop from a place called (PCショップWELL) I tried buying an s8 ultra tablet for around 101800 yen to do some of my work there since my old tablet was broken and quite seemed cheap for the average price of 150k yen but after placing the order they sent an email and asked me to pay it by the bank (in this day and age which was suspicious) but didn’t think much about it and paid it
Later they sent me an email confirmation of payment somehow it said it would arrive around May 2024 from wholesale no day at all so I checked all of the reviews around this place online many locals seem to never get their package and Amazon review of this place has a bad reputation due to quite known scamming
So the alleged trickery goes like this they had a rule of a minimum of three months maximum of four months of wait to get a full refund IF YOU ARE LUCKY
and if you are not let’s say after a month or so you decide to cancel it they said they would take around 20 percent
There are more than a handful of people not getting their products on Yahoo reviews or former Twitter nowadays X even people were warning others not to buy them from there
And somehow if the product came and it is broken they most likely won’t give a full refund but rather 50 percent for an unopened product and 30 percent for an open product but somehow there isn’t a single person saying they received their thing which should speak for themselves SO DO BE AWARE WHAT YOU BUY I BEG OF YOU
and all I could do is wait and see I guess but they didn’t answer to email I wrote at all LMAO I am legit crying and laughing
