I’m really sorry if this is dumb, but I went through the online application process and now have a brand new Olive account. So far so good.
However, I now would like to use it for various utilities etc and I need to ascertain the exact way SMBc uses/writes my name. My previous bank allowed displaying a digital passbook which I could use in such cases. The SMBC app is driving me nuts!!!
Could anyone please kindly and gently (think preschooler) guide me to the required information/screen? I’d be forever grateful.
