I am staying near American Village from 12th to 29th of June. Can anyone recommend where would be the best place to meet some locals or a place where I can hang out and meet people?

I plan to go surfing, climbing, salsa dancing and I want to visit the aquarium, but besides that I don't have much planned.

As my second language I speak intermediate English and basic Spanish and basic Japanese.

Is there any website where I can find people who would like to hang out?
