Good omurice in Kyoto/Osaka that isn’t Kichi Kichi?

I am aware Kichi Kichi is the popular pick, but it appears they will be closed for the duration of my trip in Kyoto, and I am really hoping to try some omurice before leaving. Any recommendations?

I will also be in Osaka for a day trip, so any recs for that city will also be greatly appreciated!
