Could someone please help me figure out how to book one of the Godzilla View rooms at the Hotel Gracery in Shinjuku?
There are a couple of archived posts from several years ago, advising people they can only use the Japanese website to book the room (and the Godzilla theme room), but I'm having no luck.
I'm on the Japanese Gracery Hotel website, I see the link to click and book a single or double Godzilla View room, but when it takes me to their reservation page, I see no mention of "Godzilla View" or that you are reserving rooms on the correct floor (only 6 rooms on 1 floor of the hotel have this view).
I want to make sure I do this right to surprise my partner on an upcoming trip. Thank you!

I looked up the plans for August 30th on their Japanese website, and it showed the Godzilla view room plans. Could it be that the dates you’re selecting are sold out for the Godzilla view rooms?
Go to English version on the official website of Shinjuku Gracery Hotel, click on Godzilla on the menu tab. It’s next to ‘Guest rooms’. Then the Godzilla part will pop out. Click Godzilla view room.
There’s another Godzilla theme room so pick carefully. June and July are almost full.

Update – it’s a mobile vs. desktop issue.Â
I was originally using my laptop to try and book this room, it was legitimately loading the standard room reservation page…
But on my mobile phone, it loads correctly! I honestly thought I was just useless but it is a website issue.Â

Do we know what time the website refreshes for booking in EST? I’m trying to book for September and I’m not seeing any options for it open yet. I think bookings opened 3 months in advance but I’m not 100% sure.
