I’m curious for former and current JETs. For those who lived in rural and “rural” Japan how was gym accessibility? And if you were able to find a gym how good was it? Any good alternatives if gyms weren’t accessible? I started my fitness journey in 2022 and wanna make sure that a potential move to Japan wouldn’t hinder my progress.
