Only caveat is, when i visit with my family the person would have an alternative place to stay while we are here. We wont stay more than a month. 2 times a year maximum. If its just me you wouldnt have to move out since its a two bedroom. Id prefer a female since i am too. I know its a long shot but i thought id ask. Again it beautiful, newly renovated and very central.
