So will there ever be anything done about the cyclists on the footpath situation?

This past month has been getting wild. Just today I saw a guy speeding on a downhill path nearly wipe out a mother with her child on another bike.

Then I saw a guy just randomly u turn on his bike without looking behind him and nearly take out two bikes behind him.

As always, no one says anything like NPCs.

This situation seems really ridiculous at this point. You’ll have an empty bike lane but the path beside it clogged with bikes and pedestrians with even cops riding there too.
