My hair has gotten quite long recently, and I've gotten tired of dealing with it, so I figure it would be best to donate it to a wig maker for cancer patients or something like that. I know it's supposed to be about 36 cm to donate and I think I'm close but I just have no idea who might cut it and take it. Has anyone done that or heard about that here in Tokyo?
