2 weeks itinerary check, first time traveling

Hi all, I'd love to get some help with the itinerary we've created for our 2 weeks stay in Tokyo with 3/4 days in Kyoto/Osaka. We're kind of thinking of swapping some of what we have or even better, further squeeze in some actual activities/tours as 90% of what we have is exploring, sightseeing and visiting.

Besides that, does this itinerary make sense? We've tried to keep things linked in terms of distance per day as well as variation in what we do.

Day one: (10/07)
– Arrive at 13:50 (Japan time)
– Train 40 min
– Check-in hotel 15:00
– Jet lag? Rest, explore, figure things out

Day two: (11/07)

– Shibuya Scramble Square

– Shibuya 109 (shopping)
– Nonbei Yokocho (evening)

Day three: (12/07)
– Shinjuku

– Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building
– Omoide Yokocho OR Golden Gai
– Harujuku
– Takeshita Dori Street
– Meiji shrine
– Omotesando
– Teamlab Planets
– Preferably in the evening

Day four: (13/07)
– Toyosu Market
– Preferably in the morning
– Asakusa
– Sensoji temple
– Asakusa Culture and Tourist Information Center
– Tokyo skytree AND/OR Sumida Aquarium

Day five: (14/07)

– Imperial Palace (AND Nakano Broadway if time allows)
– Ghibli museum via willer-travel (Starts at 1:30PM)

Day nine (18/07)
– Travel to Osaka (shinkansen)
– Check-in (good budget hotel?)
– Osaka Castle
– Dotonbori
– Preferably in the evening

Day ten (19/07)
– Kuromon Ichiba Market
– Shinsekai
– Tsutenkaku Tower
– Umeda Sky Building
– Floating Garden Observatory
– Amerikamura
– Preferably in the evening

Day eleven (20/07)
– Travel to Kyoto
– Fushimi Inari Taisha
– Kiyomizu-dera

– Back to Osaka

Day twelve (21/07)
– Himeji Castle day trip
– Return to Osaka

Day thirteen (22/07)
– Return to Tokyo
– Tea ceremony (to be booked)

– Exchange euros to yen
– Get eSim at Ubigi
