My friends and I have a trip coming up to Japan. We should arrive at Haneda airport at 19:20 (I think it will be Terminal 3 since it is an international flight). I am having difficulty choosing our transportation option. From what i’ve gathered the best option is the limousine bus but the last departure for Asakusa is before the arrival of our flight 😐 Can you give us any recommendations regarding the best transportation option from Haneda to Ueno / Asakusa at that time?
