I've subscribed to Docomo Hikari 1GB with OCN provider. The install/activation date is set to June 20th.
I just received the router in the post. It's an NEC Aterm WX3000HP2(RS). They bundled in a pamphlet for IPoEアドバンス. I don't know much about IPoE but from what I have read here it sounds like it helps a lot with speeds in congested areas?
Should I just wait and see what the speeds are like first or is it worth subscribing ahead of time?
