So got a new job and would be moving to Tokyo. I currently live in a 50sqm 1ldk and would be moving to a 40sqm 2dk. Got the following stuff.
2 Full tower PC cases
49 inch super ultra wide monitor
27 inch monitor
1.5 (yeah the other one's back broke off) pc chair
A standing desk
1 dining table with 4 chairs
A semidouble bed with frame
A refrigerator
A front load washing machine
Bike
Exercise bike
I got quoted by Art for 237k and Sakai for 120k. I didn't even mention how much Art quoted me to Sakai and he gave me that price. So I got really confused as to how much really is the bottom here. This suumo page says that it can go a few more man lower but there's also this article that says it's around that range.
Any idea how much lower I can go?
