Finding a job as a 新卒 is hard

I'm a 留学生 in a japanese uni, and job hunting has veen tough!! Am a 4th year and am getting rejection left and right.

Is anyone also job hunting here?? at this point I'm okay with any job except english teaching (I just dont like kids)

Can someone recommend me a good job hunting agent you use??
