Instead of Akihabara, where can I buy a PS Vita for a decent price in Tokyo?

Hey folks, I'm going to be staying in the Higashi-Nihombashi area, and though I'll be visiting Akihabara for the pure novelty of it, I have read that the prices for electronics are often inflated there.

Could you please suggest a place where I can buy a PS Vita for a reasonable price, and also maybe other gaming consoles?

Would be even better if it's within the Higashi-Nihombashi area!
