Callum Newman, my beloved 🫶🏻🫶🏻
My official prediction is locked in for Despe, but I do still have a nagging suspicion that (win or lose) Ishimori is part of a new faction debut tonight.
Here we go
What’s the belt Robbie came out with?
LK Cleary being thrown in with the war dogs is weird.
Walker mocking tony khan was great lmaoo
I like Oleg in that long coat but Gunther may send a Cease and desist.
How long has the official Chaos logo in the name bar been the blue and white one?
Oleg , what a hoss
After Cobb/Ishii, there will be a major announcement that will have to be translated. I doubt it’s the G1 as the mics will have to stay on to translate & in my opinion, its way too early for that. What do we think it could be???

A Top THREE from each block?! New Japan, why must you make me suffer D:
Stay tuned for my G1 Climax summary posts throughout the tournament to keep track of who’s in the running when 3 guys can qualify from each block.
Is this the last we see Hikuleo in New Japan?
I’m down for Hikuleo vs ELP feud. But considering we still haven’t got an ELP feud vs his former partner run Ishimori it may not happen.
I’m not sure where a heel Hikuleo could land faction wise.
But this could also mean he is out the door soon.
Banger format for the G1. Very happy.
Qualification is something people have been asking for Great story opportunities and “upset” potential to have someone like Boltin Oleg get in over a G1 vet just by being better on the day. Hell, you could make it a stacked bracket and bring in a some big names from all over that might not be available/interested/affordable for a full G1 tour. It’d make qualifying that much more prestigious.
Two blocks of 10 and 30 minute time limit are tried and true. Happy to have them back.
Mixing the Q/S/F addition from recent years with the more traditional blocks is worth a shot. I think I actually prefer Top 3 to Top 2 with the larger blocks back as it keeps everyone’s chances alive much longer and increases the chances of some surprise results.
[HELL YEAH TMDK. BEST PEGGERS IN THE BUSINESS.](https://i.imgur.com/H37dkHJ.png)
Also a minor side note, isn’t Makabe technically part of the 4th generation? He is closer to Tanahashi, Shibata and Nakamura right?
Naito beating Mox will be the big NJPW win at Forbidden Door this year.
Henare should have won!
