Ishikawa (Noto)- Open for Tourism?

Living in Tokyo and have 10 days for a trip at the end of June/start of July. Currently thinking Gifu/Toyama/Ishikawa. Hokkaido is too yenny for me just now. So, I'm wondering what the current tourism situation is in Ishikawa In general and Noto especially. It's kind of gone out of the news that I'm exposed to. I wanted to visit before the disaster and still do now if it's possible/appropriate.

Is it too soon? Is Noto okay to visit again yet (are the locals happy to see tourists)?

Is the public transportation fully functioning yet in the Noto Peninsula?

I understand most hotels in that area are still closed, but could a day trip from Kanazawa be possible?

Any info would be great. Also, any reccos for Gifu /Toyama would be welcome. Many thanks!
