Looking for a photographer in Kagawa Pref.

Hello everyone, apologies if this sort of post is not allowed. I am a resident of Kochi Prefecture. I am planning to propose to my girlfriend at Chichibugahama Beach (父母ヶ浜) on a weekend in July of this year. I am looking to hire a photographer to shoot us for about 15 minutes, ending with capturing the moment I ask.

The Mitoyo tourism department offers a one hour photo shoot at 44,000yen, but It is just out of my budget. If all else fails I can try to take it myself on a tripod but I figured someone close by might be interested in making a quick 10,000 yen.
