First employee kenko shindan

I (27M) am freshly employed at a medium sized company and have to undergo my first Kenko Shindan. I’m a very active person and feel totally healthy, however, I’m quite nervous as I didn’t have the best experiences with doctors throughout my life. I’m aware that it is quite immature to live on a “as long as I feel good” basis and that early screenings of something wrong can save lives, however my basic aversion towards hospitals and doctors made me stay away until now, this time though I can’t dodge it anymore.

I have a few questions:
– how much blood are they taking?
– do you get results the same day
– any tips and tricks I should know?

Thank you in advance for anything helpful
