Incidents in Asakusa between May 22 and 25/24? screams heard in the night

We were walking from the station to the hotel when we heard screams, like horror movie screams from a woman, no one in the street reacted and we don't know were the screams are coming from, anyone see a press report about somenthing in that dates in the area?

  2. I’ve had this experience in NYC. It’s very troubling when you can’t pinpoint where the sounds are coming from. Things do happen and in a city you can be all alone in a sea of people.
