Every time I try and buy tickets from the museum website I am redirected to eplus.jp their ticketing service which asks you to register but does not recognise non-Japanese mobile number, names or postcodes. Therefore I cannot complete a registration to purchase tickets. I am sure there is a way to buy from overseas but I can't find it. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!
